This is a PAIR of brand new hood arm shoulder bolts for your 1939-1948 Ford Passenger Car or 1940-1947 Pickup Truck.  These are special slot head screws with shoulders for hood support arm. This is a quality U.S.A made kit including special spring washers and KEP nuts.
