    9” Composition Madame Alexander Doll 1930s Little Betty Alice in Wonderland wearing her original dress,  pinafore and panty.  There is surface crazing and the wig appears to be replaced. The doll is marked Alexander, New York on the back torso. She is clean and from a smoke-free home.
