"Shooting Star" Gene Doll is wearing showy cowgirl costume from the film "Shooting Star", circa 1952. Tailored of a turquoise "suede" fabric. the bolero-style jacket and the skirt are decorated with cording, beading, sequins, gold chain, and fringe. The pale yellow long-sleeved shirt features a spread collar and is highlighted with turquoise embroidery. Includes a cowboy hat decorated with feathers and a sequined band; "leather" holster with a very detailed metal western gun; lasso; chiffon scarf; belt; gold stud earrings- and "leather" boots with attached "silver" spurs.
