    ABOUT THIS ITEM:  McGuffey Madame Alexander girl doll from the 1940's.  She is about 12" tall, cloth body, composition head, arms, and legs. Original clothes.  Under her dress she has a full cotton slip, and cotton knee length underpants.  She is a beautiful doll.  There is some slight crazing in the composition.  I had not noticed it until I took a close up of her face.  My camera sees all.  No dents, paint loss, or missing parts. She is from my Mother's toy collection.
