Preston Henn was a lover of fast cars. He won significant races, including the 24-hours of Daytona Beach and Sebring. In 1984, as the owner, his team took second place at Le Mans 24 hours. He had an extensive collection of race cars and some are displayed at the Swap Shop’s Ferrari Museum.
This item comes from the collection of Damon Barnett. He was one of the first employees of Mazda North America starting in 1970. He went on to establish and head the competition department for many years. Between 1977 and his transfer in 1989, he brought Mazda more than 29 manufacturers championships in IMSA and SCCA competition.
